In-person sessions available in Duluth area parks
Some clients choose to self-pay for counseling services due to several reasons related to their mental health and wellness. These include the desire for privacy, as self-paying ensures complete confidentiality. When using insurance, companies can request a treatment report and gain access to your records. Additionally, insurance providers may limit the number of sessions you are allowed, and sessions covered by insurance typically last only 45-50 minutes. For those who appreciate the benefits of nature and seek a more wild approach to their wellness journey, self-paying for counseling can be a preferable option.
